14 Great Clock Tutorials Collection in Photoshop

Today I bring to you a collection of 14 great Clock tutorials in Adobe Photoshop. Clock tutorials can be difficult to find which is why I chose to compile the best Clock tutorials that I came across into a single post. And yes, I’m quite aware that the first entry is not actually a Clock tutorial; it’s a compass tutorial, but nevertheless, I do think it falls under the same category. Lastly, as usual, the tutorials have not been arranged in any particular order; I just kept noting each one down that caught my eye.

 

#1 Creating a Stunning Old-World Look in Photoshop

In this tutorial, we are going to create a sort of old-worldly composition featuring a compass and making use of some awesome vector artwork from Arsenal. As always there is a PSD file at the bottom of the tutorial. In this instance, I would highly recommend downloading it as this is quite a complex composition. Be warned this is a LONG tutorial!

#2 Design a 3D Digital Clock Icon with Illustrator

This tutorial will explain how to create a glossy and stylized digital clock from scratch in Adobe Illustrator composed of basic shapes and nifty gradients. We will make a vector icon that will be scalable to any size by taking advantage of designing icons and graphics using a vector-based application like Illustrator.

Friends, today’s PSD share are a flip clock countdown graphic in PSD format. The countdown clock is a pretty good idea for showing some product or service is going to be launched at a specific time in future.

The download includes a dark, glossy flip-clock template in vector shape layers. We know vector layers are a great way to edit the graphics easily without losing quality. You can change the numbers as well. I have used a free font called Bebas. Download the PSD file and let me know where you’d be going to use the flip-clock.

In this tutorial I am going to show you all methods to create a glowing timepiece decorated with precious stones and golden insects.
I used Adobe Photoshop CS 4 and CorelDraw X3 to make the image but other versions are also applicable. At first sight the tutorial seems long; actually more of the steps contain only description of the layer style applied to the respective timepiece part. It will take you no more than three hours to implement all steps and to achieve the final result.
